Between running CrossFit Port Clinton and raising my kids, I don't have a lot of willpower left over by the end of most days. If my fitness depended on willpower, it would have fallen apart years ago. What actually keeps me consistent is a system.
A set schedule, coaches who notice if I miss, and a community that expects to see me. I don't have to talk myself into it every single day, because the structure does the heavy lifting.
This is exactly what we build for our members, especially the ones juggling a full time job, a family, or both. We're not asking you to find extra motivation. We're asking you to show up three times a week and let the coaching, the community, and the accountability carry you the rest of the way.
If willpower alone hasn't worked for you, that's not a personal failing.
That's a sign you need a better system.
